Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before joining. By purchasing a membership to WIFEY'S WORLD (owned and operated by K.W. Productions, Inc.) you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Your Agreement

Completing the WIFEY'S WORLD join form constitutes your acceptance of this agreement, and once your form is submitted you become a member. These terms may be amended at the discretion of WIFEY'S WORLD at any time, and it is each member's responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.

Membership & Billing

• As a member, you are responsible for paying the periodic membership fee associated with your plan.
• For your convenience, all memberships renew automatically at the end of each term unless they are cancelled at least 5 days before the current term ends. This automatic renewal applies to the monthly, 3-month, and 6-month plans. The only plan that does not auto-renew is the annual subscription, which is a single, one-time charge.
• If your credit card expires, you are responsible for providing WIFEY'S WORLD with updated card details so that your service can continue without interruption.
• Membership fees are non-refundable. WIFEY'S WORLD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any membership at its discretion.

Cancelling Your Membership

To cancel, simply use the cancellation link found at the bottom of our home pages — the process is quick and straightforward. For your security, cancellations cannot be accepted by email; they must be submitted through the cancellation form.

Account Security & Acceptable Use

• Your username and password are for your personal use only and must not be shared with or distributed to anyone else. Doing so will result in immediate suspension of service, and, as required by law, WIFEY'S WORLD must hold the member responsible for any unauthorized breach of the membership.
• Memberships are personal and may not be transferred to another individual.
• You are responsible for providing all equipment necessary to access WIFEY'S WORLD.
• To preserve bandwidth and quality of service for all members, a download limit of 25 GB per 24-hour period applies.

Content Ownership

All pictures, images, sounds, text, video captures, and any other material on this site are the sole property of Wifey's World and may not be distributed in any form without the prior written consent of Wifey's World.

Liability & Warranties

• Any liability of WIFEY'S WORLD, including without limitation under any cause of action, is limited to the total amount paid by the member during the preceding 12 months.
• WIFEY'S WORLD offers no warranty of any kind regarding any aspect of the service, whether provided directly by WIFEY'S WORLD or by a third-party source.
• All information transmitted by email is deemed to be public-domain material.

Entire Agreement & Governing Law

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the member and WIFEY'S WORLD. It is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any questions regarding this agreement may be sent to hubby@wifeysworld.com.
